Free Trials and Refund Policy
Free trials of certain NativeAmerican Counselor products and services may be offered from time to time.  The terms and conditions of such free trials shall be contained in the offer.  No refund of any amount paid shall be granted under any of the following circumstances:  1) the accurate conversion of a free trial to a paid service; 2) the accurate collection of any fee for any active membership or other subscription service; or 3) the accurate collection of fees or other payment for any other product or service.

Security Policy

As a part of the merchant banking system, information security and privacy is critical to our business. Data transport security is encrypted and secured both using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). NativeAmerican Counselor collects all information and stores that information in electronic form in physically secured data center facilities that are monitored 24/7/365 and that comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). These data centers are on separate portions of the power grid and have different communications connectivity. Each data center meets all of the physical security requirements and hardware and operating system configuration requirements. NativeAmerican Counselor recommends that  all customers, vendors and partners follow published and recommended best practices on information security and data protection


User Privacy NativeAmerican Counselor respects the privacy of its users. Therefore, we will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of any e-mail or other communication with NativeAmerican Counselor unless required in the course of normal maintenance of NativeAmerican Counselor and its systems or unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law or comply with legal process served on NativeAmerican Counselor or (b) protect or defend the rights or property of NativeAmerican Counselor. Users shall remain solely responsible for the content of their messages, regardless of what the content is. Return and Refund Policy
We will accept a return of the products, provided such return is made  within 30 days of shipment to you and provided such products are returned in their original condition. On shipment of the products we
will provide a return authorization form that must accompany your return of the products to us.  We will refund the payment within 17 days from the date of the receipt of the return.

 

Shipping and Handling Costs:
All shipping costs will be covered by the user/consumer unless expressly stated otherwise. The costs are different for each state and different based on the type of shipping services selected by the consumer but all taxes will also be applied.

NativeAmerican Counselor will occasionally update this Statement of Terms and Conditions and Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback.
